Job summary

Remington Hospitality seeks a strategic Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and partners with ownership and hotel teams to drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and portfolio growth.

The position manages 12–15 hotels, requires 50–75% travel, and emphasizes developing General Managers, operating excellence, and strong brand compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality or business.
• 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple hotels within a regional structure.
• Experience with 10–15 hotels or similar scope.
• Strong financial acumen and ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to develop General Managers and hotel leadership teams.
• Ability to travel extensively across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-property portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and asset performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
• Oversee portfolio quality, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance.
• Partner with ownership and executive teams on growth initiatives.
• Support hotel openings, transitions, and portfolio expansion.
• Maintain regular leadership reviews and action plans when needed.
