Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels across multiple states. This remote leadership role requires managing a 12–15 property portfolio with direct accountability to ownership and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction while developing General Managers and expanding portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel operations leadership.
• Experience overseeing a regional portfolio of 10–15 hotels.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement skills.
• Ability to travel 50–75% to support hotel operations and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership for a multi-property hotel portfolio.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and asset performance through effective management of operating metrics and financial plans.
• Develop and coach General Managers and hotel leaders to build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee portfolio execution, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction across properties.
• Collaborate with ownership, executive leadership, and cross‑functional teams to enable growth initiatives.
