Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts and managers within the region.
• Lead Monthly Regional Board meetings and report progress to leadership.
• Exceed account budgets, drive revenue growth, and identify new services.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and personnel changes for all team members.
• Coordinate with Sales and HR on recruitment and client relations.
• Travel regularly to sites and maintain client partnerships.
• Implement safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
• Provide proactive customer updates and maintain high customer retention.
