Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations with P&L and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience growing business in the Charleston market preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams to hit safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tactical and operational plans that deliver regional and corporate strategy for the Charleston region.
• Drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships with regional clients and partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to ensure high performance and growth.
• Collaborate with field operations, project management, and leaders to meet company goals.
• Oversee Charleston-area project execution, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain operational systems and workflows for efficiency and safety.
• Identify and manage risks with contingency plans as needed.
• Drive accountability through performance monitoring and clear communication.
• Uphold The Samet Way in regional operations with integrity and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Samet policies and applicable regulations.
