Samet Corporation seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the Charleston region, driving strategic execution across commercial, institutional, healthcare, and hospitality construction. You will align resources, nurture client relationships, and champion safety and quality on diverse projects.

The role requires at least 10 years of senior leadership in construction operations, with proven growth in the Charleston market, and a strong track record in delivering on time and on budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in construction operations with P&L and business development responsibility.
• Experience building and growing business in the Charleston market.
• Track record of leading teams to achieve operational, quality, safety, and financial goals in commercial construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for the Charleston region.
• Drive new business development and maintain relationships with regional clients and partners.
• Lead and mentor regional project teams for high performance and growth.
• Collaborate with field operations, project management, and executives to meet company goals.
• Oversee Charleston-area project execution, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, safety, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain systems and workflows for efficient, safe, high-quality work.
• Identify and manage risks with contingency planning.
• Promote accountability through performance monitoring and clear expectations.
• Uphold The Samet Way and safety standards in regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with Samet policies and regulations.
