This position requires travel 3-4 days per week to branch locations for effective oversight and support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial landscape management.
• Proven success operating a large branch ($10M+ revenue) or overseeing a multi-branch region.
• Strong background in operations management with demonstrated financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide full P&L oversight for a multi-branch region to ensure profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers to enhance performance.
• Act as a turnaround specialist for underperforming branches.
