Job summary

Rotolo Consultants, Inc. in Birmingham, AL seeks a Regional Vice President of Landscape Maintenance to oversee divisions including enhancements, irrigation, and turf & ornamental applications. The role drives regional growth and profitability, directs operations, and aligns teams with company SOPs.

You will travel ~70% with management staff, develop budgets, and lead strategic plans while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a four-year degree in finance, operations, or business-related or green industry field, plus 10+ years of management experience.
• Strong project/time management, team motivation, and prudent fiduciary decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication via email, drawings, phone and in person.
• Solid knowledge of landscape maintenance and horticulture.
• Great organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all operational activities, administration, and reporting to meet growth and profit goals for a designated region.
• Lead and mentor regional and area managers, ensuring SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Travel approximately 70% with regional teams for hands-on oversight.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and business development objectives.
• Produce timely financial and production reports for ownership.
• Develop client relationships to support divisional growth and contract opportunities.
