Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration with marketing emphasis or commensurate experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years in Sales/Marketing with progression to leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in field sales management and directing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of area strategies for profitable growth.
• Build organizational capability across area sales teams.
• Equip sales teams with internal/external tools for success.
• Analyze team performance and adjust sales structure to maximize volume.
• Develop and lead strategic sales plans for value-added services.
• Establish best practices for new market penetration.
• Budget yearly sales expenses and monitor adherence.
• Collaborate across Crescent sales organizations for mutual growth.
• Support operational excellence and centralize key functions.
• Drive sales via digital tools and promotions.
• Control expenses within budget and drive efficiencies.
• Provide frequent performance feedback using SMART goals.
• Develop development plans focusing on engagement and retention.
• Build talent pipelines and successors across the geography.
