Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company seeks an Area Vice President for the Big Sky Super District (ID/MT) to drive sales growth, gross margin enhancement, and market share expansion while developing employees across industrial, commercial and residential construction segments. The AVP will coordinate resources, deploy best practices, and collaborate with senior management on transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in Sales/Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years in field sales management; leading direct sales teams.
• Experience with product line marketing or operations is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proven ability to drive transformational change and lead for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of area strategies for profitable growth.
• Build organizational capability across area sales teams with enterprise resources.
• Ensure sales tools are available and utilized by the team.
• Analyze team effectiveness and optimize sales force structure and activities.
• Develop and lead strategic sales plans for value-added services and solutions.
• Establish area best practices for new market penetration.
• Plan annual sales expense budgets.
