Clēnera, LLC, Boise, Idaho, seeks a VP of Accounting to provide strategic leadership of the accounting function in a growth-focused renewable energy company. You will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and cross-entity consolidation while collaborating with the Israeli parent and executive leadership.

The role requires extensive expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and tax accounting, with a track record of building strong accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in publicly-traded environments with leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years leading managers and high-performing accounting teams in a growth-oriented organization.
• 3+ years experience in renewables or related tax incentive practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple entities.
• Oversee consolidation, income statements, balance sheets, and regulatory reports.
• Interface with the Israeli parent to align accounting practices and reporting.
• Oversee internal controls, governance, and audit activities; mentor staff.
