Qualifications

- 8–10 years of progressive healthcare sales leadership experience.
- Experience leading 5+ senior business development leaders with 300+ employees.
- Proven track record of sustained growth across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive enterprise growth.
- Lead and manage a team of VPBDs across markets.
- Drive admissions, census growth, market share, and referral development.
- Translate corporate strategies into regional execution plans.
- Partner with leadership to align growth with patient care standards.
