Job summary

Gentiva seeks a Regional Vice President of Business Development to drive growth across multiple markets. You will lead a team of VPBDs, align regional plans with enterprise strategy, and optimize admissions, census growth, and market share while overseeing performance and buyer development.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, manage succession planning, and translate corporate strategies into regional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive healthcare sales leadership experience.
• 5 years leading multiple sales leaders with oversight of 300+ employees.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Hospice, home health, post-acute care, or healthcare services experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize regional business development performance.
• Develop regional growth strategies and manage VPBD team.
• Drive admissions, census growth, market share, referrals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Provide executive-level reporting to EVP of Growth.
