Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a dedicated Sales/Marketing professional to promote BCM's advisory services within an established territory. You will build relationships with Registered Investment Advisors, deliver trainings and CE presentations, and collaborate with internal wholesalers to drive sales and market share.

The role requires strong presentation, relationship-building and organizational skills, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• 5-10 years' financial services sales experience, preferably previous wholesaling experience.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong people and relationship building skills.
• Series License-65 preferred.
• 50% travel within territory and to conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales goals, business and marketing plans with Sales Management to grow sales and market share.
• Partner with an Internal Wholesaler to meet activity and sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Registered Investment Advisors to grow sales.
• Deliver presentations including continuing education programs, product training and value add training.
• Manage territory by prioritizing opportunities and coverage.
• Provide education and relationship management for top advisors.
• Manage all administrative aspects of the territory (travel, calendar, expenses, etc.).
• Act as a resource for sales training to stakeholders.
• Attend conferences as requested.
• Maintain a positive company image in all interactions.
