Job summary

Sammons Financial Group is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional to develop and implement strategies within BCM's territory, targeting Registered Investment Advisors to grow sales of BCM's advice and services. The role involves partnering with an Internal Wholesaler, building advisor relationships, delivering presentations, and managing territory to meet activity and sales goals.

5–10 years in financial services sales are preferred, with Series 65 a plus.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of financial services sales experience, preferably wholesaling.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales plans.
• Ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory and to conferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales goals and business/marketing plans with Sales Management to grow BCM sales and market share.
• Partner with Internal Wholesaler to execute focused territory plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with Registered Investment Advisors to grow sales.
• Deliver presentations and CE programs, product training, and value-add sessions.
• Manage territory coverage, travel, and expenses according to company policy.
• Provide education, sales leadership, and BCM training to stakeholders.
