LGI Homes in the Atlanta area seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisitions and Development to lead the acquisition, entitlements, engineering and development of residential lots. This role will underwrite acquisitions and manage all contracts and approvals, while directing budgets and staff.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in homebuilding with a track record of negotiating complex deals and driving development timelines.

Qualificações

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire, entitle, engineer and develop residential lots in the Atlanta market.
• Underwrite acquisitions and manage engineering approvals for land development.
• Negotiate contracts and manage acquisition budgets.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; travel as needed.
