Job summary

Revol One Financial is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead distribution strategies for insurance products in a startup culture. You will build partnerships with agencies, present Revol One solutions, and drive growth across multiple regions with strategic clarity and hands-on execution.

Reporting to the CDO, you will manage cross-functional initiatives, travel up to 50%, and shape a scalable distribution strategy while upholding integrity and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years external wholesaling and relationship management responsibilities.
• Able to actively prospect and develop relationships with financial advisors and agents in assigned territory.
• Travel minimum 50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Pursues and cultivates business relationships and partnerships through networks.
• Conducts proactive telephone presentations, in-person meetings, and group presentations to financial professionals highlighting Revol One products and value proposition.
• Identifies and executes opportunities to use Revol One product strategy to grow distributors and firms.
• Applies marketing and distribution plans aligned with overall business plans and differentiators in the marketplace.
• Identifies and acquires new business relationships across traditional insurance distribution channels while carving out a niche for Revol One.
• Rolls up sleeves, works independently, and thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborates with the CDO to build loyalty and bonus programs within industry practices.
