Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company, based in Nashville, seeks a Regional Vice President to expand Jackson sales by building and managing broker/dealer relationships. The role drives meetings, seminars, campaigns and follow-up to inform BD advisors about Jackson product and service enhancements.

You will travel extensively, develop territory plans, recruit top advisors, and lead presentations. Strong sales and communication skills, plus product knowledge, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance or annuities.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• SIE required; FINRA 6/7 and 63 or equivalent state license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a business plan to maximize territorial sales.
• Identifies and develops top advisors; recruits new ones.
• Delivers product and sales training through meetings and seminars.
• Manages resources, budget and expenses to maximize sales.
• Maintains advisor data in Jackson databases and CRM.
