• 8 years of progressive multi-unit, multi-leader operations experience across a large geographic region.
• Strong track record of sustained sales growth and P&L performance.
• Ability to translate strategy into regional execution with executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations strategy and performance across all centers in the region.
• Drive KPI reviews, coaching, and initiatives to improve guest experience and profitability.
• Own full regional P&L, lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial discipline.
