Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Regional Vice President of Field Operations to lead a large portfolio of entertainment venues across the region with full P&L responsibility. You will translate enterprise strategy into regional execution, coach senior leaders, and drive revenue, guest experience, and operational excellence across all centers in your region.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to implement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive multi-unit, multi-leader operations experience across entertainment, hospitality, retail, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of sustained sales growth, operating consistency, and strong P&L performance at regional scale.
• Advanced financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop senior leaders and build management pipelines.
• Ability to translate company strategy into sustained field-level execution with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational strategy and performance across all centers in the region, ensuring brand standards and guest experience excellence.
• Review regional KPIs and lead coaching, corrective plans, or pilots as needed.
• Partner with enterprise support to deploy tools, processes, and standards field-wide; lead remodels and major rollouts.
• Drive guest experience and revenue growth while maintaining strong labor and cost controls.
• Build and sustain high-performing regional teams; coach leadership and succession planning.
