Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an experienced RVP of Enterprise to lead our Enterprise sales organization and drive the adoption of our Identity Security Solutions. This role combines direct management of the Enterprise sales team with matrix leadership across supporting functions to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity firms, and can navigate a transition from on-prem to SaaS solutions while maintaining rigor in pipeline

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Enterprise sales teams selling SailPoint's Identity Security solutions.
• Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment across a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Coordinate with channel partners and cross-functional teams to drive strategic account plans.
• Develop hiring plans and partner with Talent Acquisition to backfill key roles.
• Articulate SailPoint value proposition and maintain a disciplined sales process.
