Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Regional Vice President, Retail East, to own growth across a major region of the USA & Canada. You will lead a distributed team of enterprise sellers and build executive-level relationships with retailers who are reimagining AI-driven planning to improve availability, margins, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years leading enterprise software sales teams.
• Experience selling AI-enabled planning or supply chain software to retailers/wholesalers/distributors in the USA and Canada.
• Demonstrated success building executive relationships and a track record of growth through new business, account hunting, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional sales strategy for the East region across the US and Canada.
• Lead, coach, and grow a distributed team of enterprise sellers to win large accounts.
• Build and sustain C-level relationships with major US retailers/wholesalers/distributors.
• Guide the team in value selling: build business cases and ROI models tied to AI-powered forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with BDRs, presales, alliances, marketing, customer success, and sales operations to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and deliver reliable forecasts and regional reporting.
• Represent RELEX in market events and industry forums.
