- Experience selling to USA/Canada retail and multi-state territories
- Strong track record in quota attainment and team growth
- Experience with value-based selling and ROI business cases
- AI fluency to discuss forecasting, replenishment, pricing, and workforce planning
- Comfort with AI-enabled sales tools and CRM analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication and Salesforce reporting
Responsibilities
- Set the regional sales strategy for the East region
- Lead and coach a distributed team of enterprise sellers
- Build C-level relationships with large retailers/wholesalers/distributors
- Drive value selling with ROI-driven business cases
- Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and reliable forecasts
- Represent RELEX at customer events and industry forums
