Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Regional Vice President, Corporate Executive Program to lead corporate partner education and client acquisition across the NY/NJ/CT region. You will guide high-net-worth clients, educate on equity compensation, and close strategic partnerships with WE advisors nationwide.

The role requires 10+ years in wealth management, advanced credentials, and ability to travel up to 75%. This is a full-time leadership position within WE’s Partner Programs team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Advanced professional designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, CEPA or similar).
• 10+ years of wealth management experience, including at least 5 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Deep expertise serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in equity compensation planning, concentrated stock and diversification strategies, and tax-aware financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Corporate Partners, C-suite executives, employees, and key decision makers to educate and close clients.
• Educate on equity compensation, tax planning, and WE solutions.
• Present WE capabilities regularly to clients and prospects.
• Source and close strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
