Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is looking for an Associate Regional Vice President in California. This business development role focuses on managing relationships with custodial partners and closing new clients for WEG Advisors. Candidates must live in the Greater LA/Bay Area and will travel to client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree and related financial qualifications, along with at least 3 years of sales experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of $175k - $225k, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in the wealth management industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior RVP to increase market share.
• Conduct presentations on WEG’s capabilities.
• Educate custodial clients on the financial planning process.
