Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Regional Vice President, Corporate Executive Program to join our Partner Programs team. This individual will work directly with corporate executive programs, C-suite executives and employees, and Wealth Enhancement advisors.

• Build intimate knowledge and understand benefit programs

This individual will work directly with corporate executive programs, C-suite executives and employees, and Wealth Enhancement advisors. The primary goal is to educate, close and successfully transition clients to a WE Advisor.

The expected pay range for this RVP position is $305,000 to $425,000+ annually. This range reflects a base salary and variable compensation; the company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range.
