Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Regional Vice President for our Corporate Executive Program to educate and transition corporate clients to WE Advisors. You will build credibility with C-suite and executives, lead educational meetings, and close strategic partnerships nationwide, leveraging WE resources, equity compensation planning, and tax-aware strategies.

The role requires deep wealth-management expertise, 10+ years in the field, and the ability to travel up to 75% across NY/NJ/CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Advanced professional designation such as CFP®, CPA, MBA or CEPA®.
• 10+ years of wealth management experience with business development/sales.
• Deep expertise serving high-net-worth clients and sophisticated compensation planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with corporate partners and C-suite to establish trust and credibility.
• Educate and present WE resources, value proposition and services.
• Source prospects and close strategic partnerships nationwide.
• Engage in regular corporate education meetings and events.
• Collaborate with WE advisors across the country to fulfill client needs.
