Job summary

Mercer Advisors in Columbus, OH seeks a Regional Vice President, Community to expand wealth-management relationships and tailor solutions for client goals. You will lead end-to-end client engagement, leveraging cross-team resources to create distinct client value and drive sales momentum in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Series 65 or 66 license required unless exempt by state.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing pipelines.
• Experience building relationships with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated with growth-oriented mindset and drive.
• Deep understanding of financial services and investment management.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential wealth management clients over Zoom, phone, and/or in person to understand needs and show Mercer solutions.
• Draw on financial expertise and cross-organization resources to create tailored client value.
• Own your sales pipeline from start to finish, converting and nurturing potential clients.
• Act as a self-motivated leader within a fast-growing, high-visibility arm and seek growth opportunities.
