Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks an experienced Vice President to lead our community association management operations in Miami and oversee client accounts in line with company standards. The role reports to the COO and sits on the executive team, shaping strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Must possess strong managerial background with 4+ years in Community Association Management and CMCA or higher within 12 months.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements/audits and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jenark software in response to trainings.
Flexibility to work extended hours including nights and weekends.
Ability to react quickly to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency.
Develop and direct management of client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement processes to generate higher productivity and revenues.
Direct District Managers to ensure operational systems are evaluated for proper operation.
Align operational priorities with total company direction through executive interaction.
Lead continuous process improvements and provide recommendations.
