Qualifications

• 7+ years in community engagement, policy, government program development and implementation, public-private partnerships, or philanthropy.
• Thought leadership on issues impacting the firm’s reputation and business operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• Outstanding written and oral communication; public speaking experience.
• Domestic travel, approximately twice per month or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders in TN/AL/MS/AR.
• Develop engagement strategies reflecting urban, rural, and small-market needs.
• Participate in firmwide initiatives and grant portfolio alignment.
• Deploy and manage a grant portfolio in line with strategies.
• Design and host forums to foster dialogue between executives and partners.
• Collaborate on annual business planning with Global Philanthropy and Government Relations.
• Address issues raised by external stakeholders proactively.
• Track partner information to identify trends and insights.
• Analyze data to inform strategy and investments.
• Represent the firm at events to build strategic relationships.
