You will drive revenue growth, oversee complex deals, and shape cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer journey.

The role demands deep expertise in solution selling, value-based selling, and data-driven forecasting, with a proven ability to scale sales organizations and coach top talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and scaling sales orgs.
• Deep experience with solution selling, value-based selling, and complex deal cycles.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS GTM funnel, from demand generation through close.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Data-driven and highly fluent in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline health.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment across the customer journey.
• Lead key deals and build relationships with top customers and strategic accounts.
