Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Albany, NY is seeking a part-time Regional Coordinator to support the Operation Christmas Child program. You will oversee the volunteer network in the Northeast, manage data, coordinate center closure packets, and provide excellent service to volunteers and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years related experience and/or training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Previous administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OCC volunteer and collection network data for the Northeast region
• Oversee the internal volunteer website and support volunteers as needed
• Coordinate timely submission of collection center closure packets
• Recruit, train, develop, and lead administrative associates and office volunteers
• Compose and distribute official communication and mailings for the Regional Office and provide customer service by answering phone and email inquiries
• Other duties as assigned
