Qualifications

3–5 years in Marketing or Player Development in gaming.
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

Grow actual revenues annually in line with property plan and cross-property goals.
Develop guest loyalty and incremental visitation through hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, direct mail, and email.
Manage comps within approved matrix to optimize profitability.
Use player tracking data to analyze and drive incremental visitation strategies.
Identify new table games player business and coordinate with departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.
