Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive channel and end-user engagement across the Rocky Mountain territory (CO, UT, WY, AZ). You will combine a hunter mindset with technical expertise to deliver product demos, manage distributor relationships, and grow net new business in video security and access control.

The role requires 4+ years in complex technical sales or 2+ years in video security/Access control, with strong CRM usage and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with success in growing net new business.
• 2+ years in Video Security/Access control field sales or 4+ years in complex technical sales.
• Comfortable selling through partners and directly to end users.
• Proven ability to present/demonstrate complex technical products and manage CRMs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory engagement from tradeshows to product demos and trainings.
• Partner with distributors, integrators, and end users to grow sales in the territory.
• Provide quotes, proposals and help overcome objections.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Maintain pipelines and forecasting in CRM and report regularly.
• Travel extensively within the territory and to North America as needed.
