What you'll do:

  • Build & Scale: Recruit, onboard, and develop a world-class team of enterprise sellers across the Eastern region.
  • Drive Results: Own regional new business and expansion targets; drive consistent overachievement against quota.
  • Coach & Lead: Provide strong leadership through hands-on deal coaching, pipeline inspection, and forecast accuracy.
  • GTM Execution: Partner with marketing, product, and sales operations to execute regional campaigns and strategic plays.
  • Customer Centricity: Develop deep relationships with key customers and prospects; be a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leadership.
  • Process Excellence: Implement scalable sales processes, rigor around forecasting, and best practices for enterprise selling.
  • Voice of the Field: Serve as a key conduit between sales and the broader organization, representing customer insights and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with at least 5+ years in a leadership (RVP) role.
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing teams in hyper-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity space; ability to navigate technical and executive conversations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to drive sales outcomes.
  • High EQ leader who leads with integrity, transparency, and grit.
  • Experience scaling from early-stage through growth stages (Series A/B to D and beyond) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ready to build.
