The Role

As Regional Vice President, you will take full ownership of the Eastern U.S. territory, leading and scaling a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives (and future leaders). This is a key leadership role, ideal for a high-impact, high-integrity sales leader who is both a builder and an operator.

This is your opportunity to define the sales culture, implement value-based selling, and lead from the front in one of the fastest-growing sectors in AI and ML infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Drive a 200% revenue target mentality, managing team performance with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Coach reps through complex enterprise sales cycles, supporting pricing strategy, negotiations, and technical alignment
  • Champion value-based selling methodologies including MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to build scalable and repeatable sales processes
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and ensure consistent pipeline generation at every stage
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (ML Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Alliances)

What Does Success Look Like? You build and scale a high-output sales team, consistently exceed revenue goals, and lead from the front with credibility and clarity. Your team thrives in complex technical sales, champions the value proposition to enterprise stakeholders, and grows revenue across Data, ML, and DevOps use cases.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience leading and scaling teams at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Proven track record of closing and coaching through 6–7 figure deals across complex organizations
  • Deep familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology or a strong Data/ML/DevOps network
  • Strong operational discipline with a metrics-driven mindset and accurate forecasting
  • Experience selling into enterprise AI/ML, privacy, or DevOps buyers is highly desirable
  • Strong emotional intelligence, and a passion for mentoring future sales leaders
