gpac is seeking a Regional Vice President for Southwest Michigan & Northern Indiana to drive marketplace growth, oversee branch performance, and cultivate member and community relationships. You will translate strategic goals into regional plans, lead branch teams, and monitor profitability and portfolio quality.

The role requires 5+ years in financial institution management, a business/finance degree (or 2 years related experience), and a proven track record in growth, coaching, and leadership.

• Travel 2-3 days per week is required.

• Strengthen relationships with members, businesses, and community partners.
• Track profitability, productivity, service quality, and regional growth.
• Partner with underwriting and operations to monitor portfolio quality and make balanced credit decisions.

What You Bring
