HealthJoy is seeking a Regional Vice President - Mid Market to lead sales in the Boston area, building and owning a territory with 100-3K employee clients.
You will drive broker and employer meetings, deliver compelling demonstrations, and close deals while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a remote-first environment and a focus on cost-containment value for employers.

Travel will consist of weekly/biweekly local meetings and out of town travel up to 2-3 times a month for 2-4 days in your assigned territoryAssertive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills; skilled at building trust and deepening partner relationships over timeMinimum of (6) years of related field sales experience - ideally, we would like to see this experience as selling directly into benefit broker partners - we prefer backgrounds in healthcare navigation, employee benefits technology, virtual care services or healthcare data analytics as an alternative.
