• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Aufgaben

• Supervises operations of 15+ Blue River PetCare hospitals
• Works with local management and veterinarians to ensure high patient care standards
• Represents hospitals to corporate management and improves profitability
• Provides staffing support in inventory, scheduling, compliance, training, recruiting and retention
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, DEA, AVMA and other regulations
• Coaches local management on revenue/expense management, staffing, and pricing
• Partners with HR on employee relations and capital expenditures
