Job summary

Curo Pet Care seeks a seasoned Regional Hospital Administrator to lead and grow our Las Vegas veterinary network. You will oversee multiple practices, partner with ownership, and drive strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and vendor relations to deliver exceptional patient care.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in multi-site veterinary or medical/service operations, with deep HR, finance, marketing, and facilities expertise; CVPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-site veterinary/medical/service operations experience.
• Deep expertise in HR, finance, marketing, facilities and medical program support.
• CVPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of practice level managers (HR, bookkeeping, OSHA, inventory).
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans, marketing, and financial management.
• Coordinate growth and development of new state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices.
