Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Regional Manager of Operations, Mid-South, to lead a diverse portfolio of emergency, specialty, and urgent care hospitals across TN, AL, GA, MS, LA and surrounding markets. You will coach Practice Managers and Hospital Administrators, drive financial performance, and shape regional growth while preserving hospital culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience, preferably in emergency/specialty/urgent care.
• 2+ years of multisite leadership or equivalent senior management experience.
• Proven success in improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Experience coaching hospital leaders and developing leaders within teams.
• Understanding of veterinary staffing models, productivity, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for multiple specialty, emergency, and urgent care hospitals in the Mid-South.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve workflows, staffing, patient access, and performance.
• Set and uphold consistent operational expectations while honoring each hospital's culture.
• Identify and address early operational challenges with sustainable solutions.
• Travel regionally for hospital visits and leadership meetings; maintain regular field presence.
• Lead regional growth initiatives with central support teams and finance, marketing, HR, and IT.
