The role involves regular travel to assigned hospitals, supporting performance and fostering a collaborative culture. Candidates should possess a strong background in veterinary hospital management, financial oversight, and exceptional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of veterinary hospital leadership experience.
• Experience managing a large team in a veterinary hospital.
• Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing direct reports.
• Strong understanding of veterinary hospital operations, staffing, financial management, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational leader for assigned veterinary hospitals.
• Support operational performance and leadership development.
• Drive accountability for hospital goals and financial success.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop hospital leadership and support teams.
• Monitor revenue, labor, inventory, and operating expenses.
