Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group is seeking a Regional Veterinary Medical Director to provide strategic medical leadership across multiple hospitals in the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on clinical excellence, operational performance, and mentoring veterinarians while partnering with hospital leadership to drive growth and data-driven improvements.

The position requires a DVM, regional travel, and proven leadership across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• DVM (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.
• Leadership or multi-site oversight experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership across multiple hospitals in the region.
