Job summary

GLS North America seeks a Vehicle Event Coordinator to manage GM promotional vehicles, coordinating with GM’s marketing group and auctions/dealers daily to ensure orders, prep, delivery, and disposition are handled efficiently.

The role features Monday–Friday hours with pay starting at $22 per hour. Growth opportunities are emphasized within a collaborative environment that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement a web-based event database.
• Oversee multiple events concurrently.
• Coordinate all event logistics for Motorsports and regional auto shows.
• Collaborate with General Motors and Marketing Company on event logistics.
• Manage vehicle orders, tracking, prep, and dealer communications; review invoices and assign vehicles.
