Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced used truck sales professional in Ft. Smith–Van Buren, AR. The role priorities strategic planning of sales opportunities, problem resolution for customers, and development of a high-performing Oklahoma City sales team to grow inventory and revenue.

The candidate should have a valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 60 days, at least 2 years in truck sales or related experience, and solid computer/telephone skills for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• CDL or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Minimum 2 years of truck sales experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Retail sales experience is valued; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, forecast sales and report results.
• Oversee reconditioning to market quickly and cost-effectively.
• Ensure trade terms are met prior to Bruckner possession.
• Build relationships with wholesalers in the UTA and Premium Used Truck Group.
• Maintain inventory to support sales through trade-ins and purchases.
• Review appraisal values and current wholesale market values.
• Run aging reports to keep inventory levels in check.
• Report on competitive activity from OEMs and independents.
• Assist customers walk-ins and calls with inventory discussions.
