Merck is seeking a Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) to engage in scientific exchange with external medical leaders across the Urology space. The role emphasizes non-promotional discussions, education, and collaboration in clinical research and scientific congress support.

This remote position serves a multi-state territory with up to 50% overnight travel. Candidates should have a terminal degree (PhD/MD/ PharmD/ DNP) and strong experience in Oncology or Urology, with field-based MSL

Qualifications

• Clinical or research experience in assigned therapeutic areas beyond terminal degree.

Responsabilités

• Develop professional relationships with national and regional Urology SLs for information sharing.
• Engage in peer-to-peer scientific discussions and provide scientific information within policy.
• Address SL inquiries on issues outside RMSD scope to appropriate resources.
• Review HQ-directed education to stay current with scientific environment.
• Engage in scientific exchange without discussing promotional claims.
