Job summary

Be The Match seeks an University Engagement and Events Coordinator to educate, engage, and inspire the public for the NMDP mission through registry recruitment events and awareness activities across the Tennessee area.

You will build diverse community partnerships, coordinate events, and travel regionally to meet enrollment targets while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in sales, business or community development with defined goals.
• Experience in event planning and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with ethnically diverse communities to plan engagement and recruitment efforts.
• Deliver public speaking and written communications to expand the mission.
• Develop annual activity plans for target college campuses.
• Plan and deliver mission-focused events (live and digital) and activate volunteers/sponsors.
• Travel regionally (25%–50%) and occasional national travel.
