Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the regional underwriting process.
• Develops and enforces underwriting guidelines for regional territory.
• Monitors results to ensure adherence to authority and rate goals.
• Oversees underwriting department and develops talent and agency relationships.
• Educates agents on EMC products, appetite, systems and services.
