Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of underground mining experience preferred.
• Experience leading training and learning management systems.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of MSHA, state, and ATF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach divisional trainers and assessors.
• Coordinate field coaching to meet safety and training expectations.
• Develop and implement competency-based training across Carlin.
• Oversee training records storage and documentation control.
• Plan annual refresher training and competency assessments.
• Report training metrics and improvements to management.
