Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking a full-time regional truck driver to cover Northwestern routes from a well-established network. You will earn weekly pay averaging $1,130–$1,500 with mileage pay and detention/ breakdown pay, working on a W2 with year-round freight volume.

Expect 100% no-touch dry-van freight, drop-and-hook operations, and a modern fleet. Home weekly for resets, plus a benefits package including a 401(k) match, paid vacation, 8 holidays, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
• Meets DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements

• Utilize high-efficiency drop-and-hook loads for steady workload

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Onboarding: Paid orientation program included
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset period
• Operating Area: Regional routes running throughout the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established regional lane network
• Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable fleet support

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements
• SAP Drivers OK if step 6 has been completed.
