Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking qualified truck drivers to join our network across the continental United States. This role offers solid weekly earnings and access to reliable, competitive cents-per-mile pay for all miles driven.

You will operate dry-van freight with 70% drop-and-hook, enjoy home time weekly for resets, and benefit from comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Drivers must meet DOT safety and drug screening requirements.

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.

Job description

Pay & Home Time

• Weekly Earnings: $1,075 – $1,200 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)
• Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
